3. When the drilling of the water well drilling rig is finished or the drilling tool needs to be replaced, the hole should be cleaned first to blow out the residue at the bottom of the hole, then stop rotating, and slowly lift the drilling tool upwards, the lifting force is just enough to lift the drill If the tool is suitable, the lifting height should be until the back of the eccentric drill bit touches the front end of the casing shoe; then reverse the drill tool at a low speed and try to lift the drill tool slowly upwards. When it is observed that the drilling tool of the water well drilling rig can be lifted smoothly, it indicates that the eccentric bit has been folded. At this time, the drilling tool can be lifted according to the conventional method until all the drilling tools are raised.

4. Water well drilling rigs sometimes have too much slag at the bottom of the hole, and the rotating part of the eccentric bit is blocked by the slag, which affects the closing of the eccentric bit. When several trials are still not effective, the compressed air should be delivered, the water well drilling rig should be cleaned again, and the down-the-hole hammer should be used for a short time, and then the drilling tool lifting operation should be restarted.
