The daily maintenance of the portable core drilling rig is as follows:

(1) The daily maintenance is completed by the operator, and the original records should be filled in carefully;

(2) The drilling rig should be cleaned as necessary before the handover of each shift. The upper and lower frame rail surfaces, vertical shafts, and pistons are often stained with mud when starting the drill. Clean these contact surfaces and add oil;

(3) Check whether the hydraulic tank oil and gearbox oil levels are appropriate before each shift. If the oil level is found to be too low, add lubricating oil in time;

(4) Operators in each shift should add lubricating oil to the oil cup on the rail surface of the upper frame. Add grease to the oil cup of the clutch release shaft pump oil cup chuck beam once a month;

(5) The operator must check the oil filter every week, and clean it immediately if it is blocked.

(6) Hydraulic oil and gear oil for drilling rigs are generally changed depending on the oil quality. Different brands of hydraulic oil should be used in winter and summer. When changing the oil, empty the old oil, remove the iron filings from the oil tank with an iron absorption stone, and then add new oil;
