When no unsafe factors are identified, lift the rotary drive device into the installation position as a whole and insert 8 connecting pin shafts. When inserting pin shafts, pay attention to the lateral direction of the well head to the center of the well head and lock pin shafts with pins respectively.

3. Installation of engineering rig winch: the winch has been properly aligned when installed before delivery, and a positioning block is welded at the corresponding position of the rig base. During site installation, hoist the winch onto the winch beam of the base. After positioning according to the positioning block, use the fastening bolt M36*120 to fix the winch base and the rig base.

5. Derrick installation: install the derrick according to the instruction manual (note: the casing platform and fast rope arrangement device shall be installed after the derrick is erected).

6. Crane installation: first lift the crane to the top of the derrick, insert the locating pin on the top of the derrick into the locating pin hole on the derrick, and then connect it with M30 bolts. Crane accessories, such as auxiliary pulley, trussed crane should be fully installed.

7. Install the trolley and hook, and tie the lifting rope, engineering drilling rope of the crane and the trolley (the way of threading is straight threading), and hang the tripod for lifting.
