What should be paid attention to when oiling small drilling rigs?

Small drilling machines are widely used in home drilling, factory drilling, taking domestic water, farmland irrigation wells, installing water air conditioners, solar water heaters, piling on construction sites, etc.

The drilling rig must be filled with oil immediately in accordance with the lubrication rules and regulations. The following aspects should be paid attention to during oil filling:

1) When rubbing lubricating grease on open-type transmission gears, transmission chains, sprocket chains and other exposed parts, first clean the dirt and sand in the oiled area, and then apply oil.

2) When filling the moving parts with oil, it must be filled with oil near the motor shaft. When the injection is not possible, move the drilling machine and then inject.

3) When applying oil to the galvanized steel wire rope, it is best to heat the oil so that the oil can penetrate into the hemp core of the steel wire rope.

4) The added lubricating grease must be pure and no seal paint is allowed.

5) Oiling in winter, the lubricating grease is easy to harden, and a small amount of mechanical lubricating oil can be added and mixed evenly for application.

6) Screw-type piston rod push type oil gun should be used for drilling machine lubrication. This type of oil gun has high oil injection pressure and is better for oil injection.
