Mechanical Composition of Water‑Well Drilling Rig
Hydraulic Oil Pump: Double‑pump design.
The large‑displacement pump powers the power head.
The small‑displacement pump supplies hydraulic power for four outrigger cylinders, mast lifting cylinder and push‑down / hoist‑trolley cylinder.
Four Outriggers:
The outriggers of the small water‑well drilling equipment are made up of hydraulic cylinders and fixing frames.
They can adjust the horizontal level of the unit on‑site to support and stabilize the whole machine.
Mast:
It is a frame‑structure welded by heavy steel pipes, channel steel and angle steel.
The inner grooves of the two side channel steels serve as rails for the power head to move up and down, ensuring borehole verticality.
The mast is lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder.
Power Head:
It adopts a gear‑reducer mechanism. A large‑bore mandrel runs through its low‑speed shaft.
The upper port of the mandrel can connect to the hose fitting of concrete‑pouring equipment for concrete grouting.
Its lower end is connected with drill rods and drill bits via a flange plate.
The high‑speed shaft is driven by a high‑torque hydraulic motor.
