Its core structure integrates power, hydraulic and drilling systems into an all-in-one unit, and full-hydraulic drive enables core drilling construction. Remote-controlled crawler traveling allows rapid site relocation and transportation, applicable to various fields such as geological exploration and engineering geological investigation.

　● It is equipped with a piston motor and piston oil pump coupled with a four-speed through-hole gearbox. Rotational speed and torque are adjustable to match different formations, enabling drilling angles from 0° to 90°.

   ● The hydraulic system is fitted with an accidental touch prevention protection system. The V-type self-weight gripper cannot release drill rods unless fully locked in clamping position to avoid misoperation. Featuring constant pressurization and anti-drill runaway functions, the gripper prevents drill string dropping in case of unexpected rig shutdown.

   ● The operating levers are compactly centralized on the console. Featuring high automation, the rig reduces manual intervention and improves drilling depth per unit time.

   ● The main hydraulic system adopts load-sensing control valves. All core operations including drill string rotation, feed, lifting and rod unloading are hydraulically driven. Drilling parameters can be modified for different ground formations to optimize core recovery rate.
