一、The tracked soil coring rig is a medium-small tracked soil sampling machine independently developed by our Group to satisfy diverse construction requirements. Powered by a four-cylinder engine, the rig features a compact overall structure and self-propelled crawler travel with remote control operation. Its power head delivers powerful impact force and enables deep drilling, capable of completing soil sampling projects at depths ranging from 0 to 30 meters.

Adopting an integrated power head design, the equipment fully complies with standard soil sampling specifications. Acrylic tubes can be used for core collection to avoid secondary soil contamination and preserve the original soil structure. After core sampling, rotary power can be utilized for reaming and well formation, realizing multi-purpose application of a single machine.

In addition, the rig boasts easy operation, high safety, stable performance and outstanding working efficiency, which greatly reduces labor intensity for soil sampling operators.

Product Advantages

The rig features compact structure, light weight and powerful output. Equipped with hydraulic outriggers, it can load and unload from transport vehicles autonomously. Its boom is capable of rotational angle adjustment, forward/backward shifting and vertical telescoping.Fitted with an integrated power head that slides laterally for convenient rod pulling, the unit adopts three variable-displacement hydraulic motors with adjustable rotating speed and torque. High impact frequency ensures undisturbed soil core samples, and no external water supply is required during operation.
